Most of these areas do not require licensing, and there are companies without licenses that are also quoting work in these areas. Permits are pulled as necessary. Again, some communities do not require permits. We make sure that we are in compliance with all local requirements.

We believe clean-up is an important part of the job, and our crew is trained to be respectful of your building, lawn and plants. We put up tarps to protect your landscaping investment, and we carefully position our tear-off trailer to haul shingles in an effective manner. Upon completion, we gather the debris and run a magnet over the lawn to make sure we collect all nails and metal pieces. Another service often unique to our company is that we clean the gutters when the roof is done. We also clean the gutters of roof debris before replacing them for a tidier and more efficient replacement process.
